How long does custom mapping take?

There is not one turnaround time that fits every house and every show. Timing depends on the show, the mapping reference, adjustments, and the current workload.

What affects the schedule?

• The reference: a clear, accurate map or snapshot helps us get started without back-and-forth.

• The test: you will need time to project the test on your house and review the alignment.

• Adjustments: one consolidated set of notes helps keep things moving.

• The season: July through December is the busiest stretch, so check availability early.

Plan for the whole process

Allow time for the test, your review, any adjustments, and trying the finished file on your system—not just the initial mapping work.
