Completed video files are stored for one month, then deleted to save space. Please download your finished show promptly and keep your own backup.

Before you call it done

Download the finished file rather than relying on the delivery link.
Open the file and check that it plays correctly.
Keep a second copy somewhere separate from the device running the show.
Save your setup notes too, so you can recreate the projector position and settings later.

Contact info@jollyholidayshows.com promptly, while the file is still available. Do not assume that an old delivery link will work next season.
