How do revisions and adjustments work?

A few tweaks are normal. One clear list makes them much easier.

When you receive the test video, try it on your actual house and look carefully at the alignment. This is your chance to flag areas that need attention before the finished show is prepared.

How to send useful feedback

• Review the whole test, then combine your requests into one message.

• Identify the exact window, door, roofline, or scene that needs attention.

• A photo or short clip can help show an alignment issue. Include a timestamp if the issue happens at a particular point.

• Tell us if anything about the projector position or settings has changed.

After you approve the test

Keep the projector position and image settings unchanged. Rework caused by moving the projector or changing the setup may mean an additional charge. Check the terms for your order with us if you are unsure what is included.
